ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
PAYMENT OPTIONS
  • Visa/MasterCard issued by a US Bank
  • Visa/MasterCard Debit Cards (also called ATM Cards, Check Cards, or Bank Cards)
CANCELLATIONS
  • Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel.
  • If you do not notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, and the order ships, you will be responsible for shipping charges.
SHIPPING
  • Shipping is available by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, and for outside the Continental US there's UPS Supply Chain Solutions, USPS Priority Mail International.
  • Shipping is calculated by the weight of the products you ordered.  Freight is displayed upon checkout, prior to completion of your order.

  • For larger, oversized products, there will be additional shipping charges due to increased size & weight of the products.
RETURN POLICY
 
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
  • All or any products must be returned within 30 Days from date of purchase
  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number
  • Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling or emailing Jayco Home Products.
  • Clearly mark all returns with Return Authorization Number
  • All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new condition.
  • Send returned merchandise via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground, and insure package, as we will not be liable for returns lost in shipping.
  • Defective Merchandise will be handled on a case by case basis
  • Return on non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
 
MERCHANDISE DAMAGED BY CARRIER
  • Contact the freight company immediately
  • Report any missing or damaged cartons
  • If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all packaging and contact freight carrier immediately to inspect the damage and file a claim.
MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS
  • Contact us by email to obtain Return Authorization Number
  • Your email must include your original order number, the item number of the defective merchandise, and a description of the defect.
  • No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
